Full Professor in the Department of Information Systems at the School of Engineering of the University of Minho, she is a member of the Software-based Information Systems Engineering and Management Group (SEMAG) of the ALGORITMI Research Centre, where she coordinates the ‘Organisational and analytical data-intensive systems’ line of research. She is a senior researcher in the EPMQ domain at the CCG/ZGDV, where she coordinates the Data Engineering and (Big) Data Analytics area.
