To achieve this goals an electronic tool – a platform- is being designed in order to allow collaborative work, interaction and creation of some communities of practice, as well as the development of a knowledge management strategy. This platform is in fact a meeting point accessible through the internet with a set of functionalities such as:

- A repository to capitalize, categorize and spread documental information. 
- A forum and chat area to exchange opinions and practices.
- Yellow pages area to identify experts and expertise domains.
- E-content area to create documents or disseminate small course modules.
